- The item appears to be a stick horse.
- In the original The Binding of Isaac, A Pony's contact damage was weaker and the charge was slower.
Bugs
Bug! When leaving the mom's shadow sequence with a pony equipped the pony will disappear and Isaac will be walking on air until he switches a pony with an another active item Mom Unlocks The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
