A Lump of Coal is a passive item.

• In Western culture, children are commonly told that if they behave badly during the year, they will receive a piece of coal for Christmas.
• This makes A Lump of Coal a fitting item for Krampus to drop, based on his origins.
• The Lump of Coal used to require the achievement Head of Krampus now needs. This didn't matter outside of Greed Mode, however, as both items are outside of any non-Greed-Mode item pools and an item can spawn at the exact same time it's unlocked.

Bug! In Greed Mode, if Isaac picks upA Lump of Coal in a Silver Treasure Room and then fights Krampus,A Lump of Coal may still drop after the fight. Since this item's effect does not stack with itself, this will give Isaac a useless item. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
