Bugs

Bug! Technology 2 prevents Lead Pencil and normal tears from firing if collected with specific items. Bug! While playing as The Forgotten, holding fire as either The Forgotten or The Soul then switching to the other will create another Technology 2 laser in the direction being fired that persists until the room is left. Bug! If Isaac is holding fire and has The Ludovico Technique while pulling out Urn of Souls, another Technology 2 laser is created in the direction being fired that persists until the urn is put away or the room is left. Bug! Having Technology 2, Technology and Mom's Eye makes the back laser fire extremely fast. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
