Description
- [Timer] Duplicates all your familiars for the room
- [Collectible113] Grants a Demon Baby for the room if Isaac has no familiars
Trivia
- The Box of Friends seems to resemble the Lament Configuration of the Lemarchand's box from Clive Barker's Hellraiser.
- Box of Friends is the only active item to have it's charge rate changed twice. On initial release, it recharged in just 2 rooms. Then an update on November 4, 2015 increased the recharge time to 4 rooms. Finally, in Repentance, its recharge time was decreased to 3 rooms.
- When playing in Korean, this item still has a recharge time of 2.
- In the game files this item's sprite is called "Pandora's Box" by mistake. Familiar Modifiers Items
