Mom's Shovel is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth † (Booster Pack #5). It is obtained by collecting the Broken Shovel and the Broken Shovel.

• Bone Heart - It's complicated.

• This item could be a reference to Ending 20, where Isaac is found dead inside the chest being nothing but skeletal remains, and this item was what Mom used to bury Isaac underground.
