2Spooky is a passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

• 2Spooky is from the Antibirth mod where it would also cosmetically change Isaac's tears to red and originates even earlier from the Community Remix mod for Flash Isaac.
• The name and pickup quote are a reference to the "2spooky4me" meme. Isaac's appearance also makes him appear similar to popular internet horror images, such as Squidward's Suicide and Giygas from Earthbound.

Bug! When using D12 to reroll obstacles; any Movable TNT or Fire Places created within the radius will occasionally spawn as feared momentarily with only the purple tint to indicate the status effect. This effect lasts even on the remains of either object after it's destroyed before the fear effect ends. Corn poops created in the radius are unaffected however the Eternal Fly may also become temporarily feared. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
