Description
- [Slow] Buries itself in Isaac's head and shoots 4 extra slowing tears that deal 1.5 damage
- Taking damage can make the spider exit the head and chase enemies

- The Intruder is from the Antibirth mod. In Antibirth, once the item was picked up it could not be rerolled.
