• Spawns a robotic Pooter familiar that orbits around Isaac and fires shielded tears at incoming enemy projectiles, similar to those from Lost Contact.
• The shielded tears home in on projectiles, but not enemies.
• The familiar deals 1 contact damage per tick or 3 damage per second, and instantly kills weak fly enemies on contact.
• This item belongs to the Beelzebub set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a giant humanoid fly.

• Only 5 Bot Flies can circle Isaac at a time.

• Spindown Dice: Turns into Death Certificate when rerolled by Spindown Dice.

• Bot Fly is from the Antibirth mod. In Antibirth, the shots would home on projectiles only when paired with BFFS!.
