Description
- Taking damage spawns an orbital wisp
- Wisps shoot tears, do not block shots and disappear on the next floor
- Caps at 6 wisps

- In mythology and folklore, a vengeful spirit is said to be the spirit of a dead person who returns from the afterlife to seek revenge for a cruel, unnatural or unjust death or an improper burial.
Bugs
Bug! Each use of Glowing Hourglass that does not move Isaac to a different room from the one he is currently in (such as by teleporting to the previous room then using it again) will duplicate the wisps. Any extra wisps created from duplication on a filled ring will appear at the entrance of each room Isaac enters and shoot in the direction Isaac is currently shooting.
