The demon shoots towards the nearest enemy, mimicing Isaac's tears, stats and effects
[Damage] Its tears deal 75% of Isaac's damage

Trivia

Gello is a revenant in Greek mythology who causes infertility, miscarriages, and infant mortality.
It is implied to be a fetal Incubus.

Bugs
