Intro
Locust of Pestilence is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Description
- [Poison] Entering a hostile room spawns a poison attack fly
- The fly deals 2x Isaac's damage
Effects
- Upon entering a room with enemies, spawns a Green Locust that deals double Isaac's damage and poisons enemies, which deals double Isaac's damage over time.
Notes
- The Locust will also spawn each time a wave starts in Boss Rush.
- The Locust will not spawn each time a wave starts in Greed Mode.
