Locust of Famine is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth †.
Description
- [Slow] Entering a hostile room spawns a slowing attack fly
- The fly deals 2x Isaac's damage
Effects
- Upon entering a room with enemies, spawns a Yellow Locust that deals double Isaac's damage and slows enemies.
Notes
- The Locust will also spawn each time a wave starts in Boss Rush.
- The Locust will not spawn each time a wave starts in Greed Mode.
