Teardrop Charm#139

Teardrop Charm is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

• Luck-based tear effects (i.e. status-inflicting tears or other effects, such as Euthanasia) have a higher chance of occurring.
• The bonus is equivalent to +4 Luck, but the other benefits of Luck do not apply.

• Because the bonus is a flat +4 luck, this trinket works best on items that require a low luck stat to trigger most often.
• These items include Ghost Pepper, Bird's Eye, Holy Light, Knockout Drops, Lodestone, Mom's Eye, Parasitoid, Rotten Tomato, and Tough Love
• The bonus only affects Isaac's tears, the familiars that copy Isaac's tear effects (such as Incubus) do not benefit from the trinket.

• Teardrop Charm is from the Antibirth mod. In Antibirth, the bonus was equivalent to +3 Luck. The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth
