Description
- Taking damage has a 50% chance for Isaac to explode
- Doesn't destroy Blood Donation Machines or Confessionals, while spawning pickups as if it did

- This item is a reference to M-80 firecrackers.[1]
- The inability to properly destroy Blood Donation Machines and Confessionals with this trinket was unintended, but kept in as a feature.[2]
