Trivia
- In the original Binding of Isaac, Bloody Lust only lasted for one room and the damage increase was triggered by killing enemies.
- Lusty Blood now has the effect of the original Bloody Lust.
- On the character select screen, Samson's starting item is spelled as "Blood Lust".
- Even if Bloody Lust is removed, Isaac will keep the same level of "rage" for the rest of the level. This means that his boosts will automatically update to that level if he picks up another Bloody Lust or a Bloody Gust on the same level.
