• Butter!: As Blank Card is dropped upon usage, the recharge time for it is reset to 4, allowing to use more expensive cards much more frequently.
• Book of Virtues: Spawns card wisps in the middle ring. The wisps spawn random Cards when destroyed, and enemies killed by the wisps' tears have a 15% chance to drop a Card. A wisp is given even if Isaac is not holding a card when the item is used.
• Car Battery: Uses the card twice. For example, if used with the Two of Hearts/Diamonds/etc. cards it will quadruple whatever amount Isaac has.
• Tarot Cloth: Invokes the extra effect when used.
• Only certain cards gain the Tarot Cloth effect with Blank Card.
• Car Battery + Tarot Cloth: The effect of the active card is quadrupled.
• Only certain Tarot Cloth effects will be doubled again.
• 2 of Diamonds + Restock or in Greed mode:
• Coins can be infinitely generated by buying Lil' Batteries. As Lil' Batteries only cost 5 coins (need two lil' batteries to reload blank), as long as Isaac starts with at least 21, the maximum of 99 coins can be quickly reached.
• This cannot be repeated infinitely outside of Greed Mode, as Restock now increases the price of a shop slot each time something is purchased from it. Having 12 coins will very slowly allow Isaac to obtain 99 coins, however.
• Deep Pockets allows this to once again be repeated infinitely, as the price will cap at 99 coins, while up to 999 coins can be obtained.
• ? Card: Teleports Isaac to the I AM ERROR room. This will consume both the Blank Card and the ? Card.
• An exception is when they are used on Chest, Dark Room, Ultra Greed, Mausoleum/ Gehenna II leading to Ascent, or Home floors. Using them here consumes both the Blank Card and the ? Card, spawning an I AM ERROR Shopkeeper.
• Rune of Jera: Copies pickups with every use. This combination can double Lil' Batteries, which can allow for game-breaking combos, due to repeated use of the synergy.
• Spawning too many items will cause objects to despawn. This can even despawn the End Chest after finishing a final boss fight.

• Little Baggy: All cards are replaced by pills, rendering Blank Card useless unless Isaac also has Starter Deck.
• Wild Card: Does nothing if used through Blank Card. Wild Card can, however, copy the last card used through Blank Card.

• This item is a card counterpart to Placebo and Clear Rune.
• ? Card sending Isaac to the I AM ERROR room and destroying both items is a nod to how the combination acting as expected would create an infinite loop, as the two items would attempt to use each other infinitely.
