- When Tainted Forgotten dies and respawns using this item, the resulting Lazarus Risen appears as a skin-colored pile of bones with Lazarus' head on top. This is purely visual and Lazarus Risen is still able to move and shoot as normal. This was originally a bug, but was left in because the developer Kilburn found it funny.[1]
