Broken Glass Cannon is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

• This item is acquired when Isaac takes damage while holding Glass Cannon. It begins with no charges.
• Once fully charged, it automatically turns back into Glass Cannon.

• The Broken Glass Cannon does not deal extra damage and leave a blood trail when Isaac takes damage like the normal Glass Cannon does. These effects are regained when the Glass Cannon is reacquired.
• Eden can start with this item.
• Charging this item does not count as using it. Items and trinkets that activate on active item use (such as Broken Remote) do not activate when charging this item.
• If the player manages to obtain a usable fully charged Broken Glass Cannon, it will turn into Glass Cannon on use. This use counts as a use for items and trinkets that activate on active item use.
• Clearing a room with this fully charged Broken Glass Cannon will also turn it into Glass Cannon. This does not count as a use.

• The item ID used to be assigned to Tonsil.
• Broken Glass Cannon is one of the three activated items, alongside Alabaster Box and Eden's Soul, that:
• Has no charges upon pickup rather than full.
