- Shoop da Whoop! is a reference to an internet meme depicting an edited face of Cell from the anime Dragon Ball Z firing a laser from its mouth. This meme is usually accompanied by the quote "I'm-a firin' mah lazar!", followed by "BLLLARRRRGGG!", which is where the item's tooltip comes from.
Bugs
