Mr. ME! is an unlockable activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth † (Booster Pack #3).

- Displays a movable cursor for a few seconds, then summons a ghost that will, depending on the cursor position:
- Open doors or chests
- Fetch an item
- 50% chance to steal from the Shop / Devil
- Attack an enemy until it dies
- Explode walls, rocks, shopkeepers, angel statues, machines, beggars
Bugs
Bug! If used while shooting with Marked, the crosshair will continue straight in the first direction Isaac shot at, and cannot be controlled until Marked is deactivated. Bug! Mr. ME! is able to damage Mom's doors even when no body part is sticking out of them, Mom's Heart and It Lives while they're withdrawn, and Isaac and Hornfel while they're off-screen. He never loses them as a valid target, eventually killing the boss. Bug! If attempting to explode an angel statue using Mr. ME! after ??? or The Lamb have been killed, the game will result in a crash. Bug! Mr. ME! cannot pick up items in a Member Card room after using Soul of Isaac.

- Mr. ME! is based on this Steam Workshop item by Jean-Alphonse, originally known as Mr. Meeseeks.
- Mr. ME! is a reference to Mr. Meeseeks from Rick and Morty, which spawn from a box and stop existing after completing their given task.
- The pickup quote also refers to a catchphrase used by Mr. Meeseeks.
