• Increases the fire rate of tears fired from Isaac's left eye by 40%.
• The difference in fire rates causes Isaac's tears to be fired at a staggered rate.
• The first shot in a while is always a double shot.

• The listed fire rate on found hud is x1.2 fire rate excluding any items that add to fire rate directly.
• Everything that uses Isaac's Fire Rate without his left eye gets an equivalent bonus, a flat 20% Fire Rate boost. This includes:
• All charged attacks (such as Brimstone and Monstro's Lung)
• All tear replacers (such as Dr. Fetus and Technology)
• Attacking via familiars (such as (Incubus and Tainted Lilith's Gello)
• Regular crying without the left eye (such as with Cain and the Stapler)

• Blood Clot/Chemical Peel/The Peeper: The bonuses these items give go to Isaac's left eye, making them more beneficial.

• Bag of Crafting/Crooked Penny/Diplopia: Multiple copies of Eye Drops do not stack.
• The Inner Eye/Mutant Spider: The left-eye bonus applies, resulting in an overall Fire Rate increase beneath 20%. This is fixed by acquiring something that bypasses the left eye; even having the Stapler will still switch bonuses, despite tears still cosmetically coming from that eye.
