The Scooper is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

• Summons The Peeper for the current room, which also leaves a trail of red creep.
• The Peeper deals 12 contact damage per tick (36 per second) and the creep it trails deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).
• The Peeper can block enemy shots.
• All tears shot from the right eye will deal 35% more damage, same as with The Peeper affecting the left eye.

• Book of Virtues: Spawns white-glowing eyeball wisps on the middle ring. They function the same as normal wisps.
• Car Battery: Will summon 2 peepers in a bifurcated direction.

• The Scooper originates from the Antibirth mod where it acts similarly but doesn't grant damage to all tears shot from the right eye.
