- When taking damage, receive for the floor:

- Caps at +1.02 speed and +3 fire rate
Effects
- When Isaac takes damage, he gains Speed and Fire Rate for the rest of the floor.
- Speed gained per hit is (0.04x previous hits taken) +0.07.
- Fire Rate gained per hit is (0.1x previous hits taken) + 0.25.
- Both effects stack up to six times, for a total of +1.02 speed and +3 fire rate.
- Fire rate bonuses can exceed the normal maximum fire rate limit.
Synergies
- Blood Rights / Razor Blade / IV Bag: The damage from the item counts for the stats up.
- Bloody Lust: Bloody Gust's "rage" effect is shared with Bloody Lust, so if Isaac picks up Bloody Lust after already getting hit with Bloody Gust (or vice versa) the boosts will automatically update to that level.
