• In Western culture, children are commonly told that if they behave badly during the year, they will receive a piece of coal for Christmas.
• This makes A Lump of Coal a fitting item for Krampus to drop, based on his origins.
• The Lump of Coal used to require the achievement Head of Krampus now needs. This didn't matter outside of Greed Mode, however, as both items are outside of any non-Greed-Mode item pools and an item can spawn at the exact same time it's unlocked.
