Dump

Dump is a monster that is exclusive to Dross. Dump is consistently in a puddle of Brown Creep and leaves a trail while chasing Isaac. When it takes enough damage, its head comes off and flies around the room while its body spews out brown shots like a geyser until it empties and disappears into the ground. This enemy has 3 different facial expressions, all of which are purely cosmetic and don't affect how its head looks after it detaches.
