Grave Rooms are rooms added in Afterbirth+'s Booster Pack #5 which only appear in the Dark Room. Grave Rooms are part of The Forgotten's unlock quest.
Before unlocking The Forgotten
* A single Dirt Patch in the middle of the room, nothing else.
After unlocking The Forgotten
* 3 Dirt Patches and 3 Black Bonys. * 4 Dirt Patches and 4 Wizoobs. * 2 Dirt Patches and 2 Lil' Haunts. * 2 Dirt Patches and an item pedestal with We Need To Go Deeper! on it surrounded by Key Blocks. (slightly rarer) * A single Dirt Patch, an item pedestal with We Need To Go Deeper! on it, and two Fire Places. (very rare)
