Hollow Heart is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

• Grants one Bone Heart container upon entering a new floor.
• If Isaac has 12 heart containers, the added bone heart will replace the rightmost Soul Heart (if any).

• When going though the Ascent, bone hearts will be given for each floor traveled up.

• Brittle Bones: Allows Isaac to sacrifice a bone heart for a fire rate increase every floor.
• Glowing Hourglass: Bone hearts will persist when returning to a previous floor, and another will be granted after going back down. This does not work in the Ascent.
• Golden Trinket / Mom's Box: Adds 2 bone heart containers instead of one. Bones Items
